You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving a reason and at no cost.
This form is free. Once your declaration is confirmed, you will receive an acknowledgement by email stating the content of your declaration together with the date and time it was sent.
You may also inform us of your decision by simple email to contact.mfirenze@gmail.com, or by using the model form appended to our terms and conditions of sale. Use of this form is not compulsory.

What happens next
- You receive a time-stamped acknowledgement by email.
- We send you the return address. Do not send anything back before you have received that address.
- You return the product within 14 days, complete and in its original condition.
- We refund all sums paid, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after receiving your declaration — the refund may be withheld until the product is recovered or proof of return is provided.
Return postage is at your expense, unless the product received is faulty, damaged or does not match your order: in that case we cover it in full.
