RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

You have fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to give a reason.

Where an order contains several items delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

2. HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Three options, at your choice:

Click “WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT HERE”, a link permanently available in the footer and in your order confirmation email. Enter your name, your order number and the email address at which you wish to receive the acknowledgement, then confirm with the “Confirm withdrawal” button. This is entirely free of charge. You immediately receive an acknowledgement stating the content of your declaration together with the date and time it was sent.

▸ Using the model form
Complete the withdrawal form appended to our Terms of Sale and return it to contact.mfirenze@gmail.com or by post.

▸ By simple message
Any email or letter unambiguously expressing your wish to withdraw is valid. Address: contact.mfirenze@gmail.com

3. CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

Products must be returned to us in their original condition, complete, with their accessories, labels and protective packaging.

You are entitled to examine the product as you would have done in a shop. However, in accordance with Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code, you may be held liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods.

In practice: trying on a ring or a pair of sunglasses is no problem at all. A product that is scratched, deformed, worn for a prolonged period, or whose packaging has been destroyed may be subject to a reduction in the refund, proportionate to the diminished value observed and substantiated by us.

4. RETURNING THE PRODUCT

After declaring your withdrawal, return the product within fourteen (14) days. We will send you the return address by email as soon as we receive your declaration — do not send anything back before receiving that address, otherwise we cannot guarantee that your case will be processed.

Return postage is at your expense, except in the cases set out in section 6 below. We recommend a tracked shipment: proof of return is your responsibility.

5. REFUND

We will refund all sums paid, including the standard delivery costs initially charged, within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may defer the refund until the product has been recovered or until you have provided proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first.

The refund is made using the same means of payment as the one used for the order, unless you agree otherwise. No fee is charged to you.

If you chose a delivery method more expensive than standard delivery, only the standard delivery amount is refunded.

6. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS

If the product received is faulty, damaged or does not match your order, return costs are entirely at our expense.

Contact us within fourteen (14) days at contact.mfirenze@gmail.com, enclosing:
– your order number;
– one or more photographs of the defect;
– a photograph of the parcel shipping label.

We will then offer you, at your choice, replacement of the product or a full refund, and we will provide a prepaid return label. This remedy is independent of and cumulative with your legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects, detailed in section 9 of our Terms of Sale.

7. EXCLUSIONS

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
– products personalised or engraved at your request;
– sealed products unsealed after delivery which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
– gift cards that have been used.

These exclusions are exhaustive. No other restriction is placed on the exercise of your right of withdrawal.

8. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different product, size or finish, exercise your right of withdrawal and place a new order. It is faster and guarantees the availability of the item you want.
